I was working in one company, EXTREME SUCCESS GROUP SDN BHD in Balakong for 8 months. Starting from July 2015 until Feb 2016 my last month working there. Its quite impressive and I can give a good positive when I was interviewed by the Managing Director. The first 3 months went well, with the plan and done all the proposal of a project soon in Langkawi but until now nothing happen with the action we contribute lol. After 3 months then, the salary i got is always late! Setiap bulan, hujung bulan baru dapat gaji. Seperti yang dijanjikan, sebelum atau pada 7hb setiap bulan akan dibayar gaji. But ngehhh!
Then boss pun bila kitorang dah dapat gaji baru la dia datang office and with her angin. Lady boss always has her mood. Layankan sajahhhh.... I can said that I am the pasif staff there, senyap and apa pun task yang diberikan, i buat and i done all that dengan maju jayanya. I applied my degree without their knowing. Yeah..
Last month I worked ther is on Feb 2016. I got the offer to continue my study and i gave them my resignation letter (tender 2 weeks) on 5hb February 2016 and my last day working is on 18 February 2016.
March 2016. Gaji tak dapat lagi. Tunggu punya tunggu tak dapat lagi. Then message the boss i am begging her to have my salary. She said inshaAllah by this friday, by this week and NO LONGER WEEK AND NO LONGER WAIT I issued this case to Pejabat Tenaga Kerja dekat Bangi. Nasib baik before I left the company i dah siap kan copy of attendance, OT yang tak dibayar, I keep all the proof tau. Sebab I tahu diorang ni macam mana. Lambat bayar gaji sebelum ni semua. Kita kena sedia kan payung sebelum hujan.
April 2016. After report dekat Pejabat Buruh then panggilan pertama untuk sebutan kes on 28 April 2016. Depa tak mai. Aku je yang datang. Then panggilan kedua on yesterday, 20 May 2016. PUKUL 9 PAGI. Pukul 11 pagi baru datang. APAKAH??? Right serve on you, kena marah dengan pegawai.
Okay then, prosiding bermula la. I tuntut such amount of money but only got half. Dia tolak ni tolak tu lepastu dapat half je. Haihh, takapalah. Redho. Tu pun dia nak bayar 3 kali ansuran. Sengkek gamaknya. Sementara pegawai tu keluar, dia marah I!! I was sit beside her and she scold me okay like what. I record it. Haha sesiapa nak dengar apa yang dia marah tu, boleh left your number phone here and nanti I whats app send the voice note. Lucu weh. Part paling lucu "Kau dah la pekerja tak amanah, tengah meeting pun main phone, boifren sana sini, jumpa kat akhirat" Seriously BOSS? There are so many name and couldn't list down, nak jumpa you dekaat akhirat dengan tak bayar gajinya, dengan menipunya, Menggunakan nama ALLAH and ISLAM untuk tutup kejahatanmu. Masya-ALLAH. You yang tak bayar gaji orang then nak jumpa orang kat akhirat. Yeah, they will meet you, nak tuntut hak diorang. I SMILEY.
I posted a status on my facebook and I really tak sangka weh one of my friend dia kenal family boss ni. Kenal sangat sangat, And he told me that memang boss ni problematic, Memang gaji lambat bayo and tak bayar langsung.... AND DIA MEMANG DAH ADA RECORD DEKAT PEJABAT BURUH, SOOOOO???? That is your problem. You tak layak jadi leader. Shame on you. Boo on you! Nak psycho aku konon, sorry. Aku, kecil kecil cili padi. Salah orang la nak menjatuhkan aku, and konon acah suci dengan aku.
